RoosterFin Game Guarantee
We are proud of the durable components and quality manufacturing of all our games and guarantee them from factory defects. In the case of a factory defect, we will replace any missing or damaged parts free of charge, including shipping them to you. Unconditional 100% Satisfaction
We expect our customers to be 100% thrilled with our games and our service. If at any time within 15 days you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will send you a shipping label to return your game. Errors, Defects, or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order or a game is defective or damaged in shipping, contact us so that we can make it right! Important Notes About Returns
If merchandise is returned in "as-new" condition in its original packaging and within 15 days of purchase, a credit for the item will be issued to the method of payment used when the order was placed. We do not accept returns of opened games. Returns damaged because of inadequate packaging will be limited to a RoosterFin store credit.
